A Legion parade crossing the Argyle Street bridge southbound and turning onto Wigton Street. From the direction, possibly going to the cemetery on Decoration Day. There is a kilted colour party in the front. Since there are maple leaf flags, we know it is at least 1965 and the Sea Cadets further back indicate that it was before 1972 when RCSCC SENECA closed. The large building in the centre is what was known as Ryan’s Hotel or the Mansion House, now torn down.
